Dear Monroe Harding Family & Supporters,
Thank you for your investment and support of Monroe Harding. I’d like to introduce myself to you as the interim President & CEO. I recently celebrated my 12th anniversary at Monroe Harding, most recently serving our Youth Connections Resource Center and young adult engagement programs.
In 2019, our leadership team built a three-year strategic plan to expand and empower our services through homes, healing, opportunities, and engagement. As we work hard to complete our goals, I’m committed to upholding and carrying forth our core values: Optimism, Curiosity, Personal Accountability, Inclusion, and Collaboration in all that we do.
I look forward to continuing to partner with you as we focus to ensure that foster care youth and other vulnerable young people build a solid foundation of strengths, positioning them for success in adulthood. Please feel free to reach out to me by email or phone.
